Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork, with part-time hours and opportunities to grow within a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in a related environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Other duties as assigned.
