Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for Store - Shiloh, IL to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout. You will handle cash, participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

The role supports omnichannel processes and upholds SOPs and safety policies. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, with a minimum age of 16.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and shrink/safety programs.
