Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, build customer relationships, handle unloading of merchandise, and participate in restocking and safety procedures. Part-time role with benefits such as EAP and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
