Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock the store, unload shipments, and maintain a clean, safe environment for shoppers and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including restocking bathrooms.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
