Family Dollar Stores Of West Virginia LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You’ll join a team that values friendly service, safety, and efficiency. The role involves stocking, unloading merchandise, and providing support across store operations while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
