Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in North Carolina to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met throughout the visit.

The role offers opportunities to learn, participate in training, and grow within a nationally known retailer. You may assist in multiple departments and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Certification in department trade (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, building materials).

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
