Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in North Carolina to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You'll spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Paint.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise location, restocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other areas to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by filling empty shelf spaces.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut/bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
