Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
