Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates; supervise merchandising and pricing.
• Support achievement of sales, gross margin, and payroll goals; staff the department.
• Coordinate events, maintain plan-o-grams, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Provide a legendary customer experience and assist in buying decisions.
