Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, including merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service. This role supports sales, margin, inventory, and payroll goals, and helps staff the department while ensuring a superior shopping experience.

You will maintain product knowledge, run staff demos, coordinate events, and contribute to scheduling, training and performance reviews as part of a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily, overseeing merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service.
• Supports achievement of departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Staffs the department, coordinates training, and assists in performance appraisals and scheduling.
• Maintains product expertise, conducts staff product demos, and participates in special events.
