Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily tasks, merchandising, and customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, maintaining pricing, and executing corporate directives across inventory and events.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal and training skills, and the ability to coach a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates and achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate staffing, interview candidates, and train new hires.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and plan-o-grams per Corporate directives.
• Lead scheduling, performance coaching, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure accurate inventory, pricing integrity, and upsell programs.
