Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience at our store in Florida. You will lead a team of Associates, ensure courteous service, and support loyalty programs while modeling strong service standards.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage register coverage, and address customer concerns promptly. A proactive, team-oriented approach and adherence to store policies are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising understanding and customer focus.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Capable of training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles.
• Proven teamwork skills and effective communication with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of frontline Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and directly supports in-store promotional efforts.
• Assigns registers, monitors POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Trains Associates on personalized customer experiences and store standards.
