Job summary

Michaels Stores in Shoreline, WA is seeking a friendly store associate to help customers locate products, deliver fast checkout, and keep the shelves stocked and in-store displays appealing.

You will participate in unloading trucks, support BOPIS/SFS, assist with planograms, and follow SOPs while promoting rewards programs and safety. This role requires standing long hours and the ability to lift up to heavy boxes.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards
• Enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms
• Maintain in-stock and merchandise recovery; handle returns/go backs
• Support SISO and AD set duties
• Assist with shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
