Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Shoreline, WA store is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout with accurate cash handling.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in‑stock conditions; engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments; support omni‑channel orders like BOPIS and SFS, while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well‑merchandised and in‑stock store.
