Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to assist at the register and perform front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment, with opportunities to support leadership and various teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
