Job summary

You will process purchases and returns, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising standards while upholding safety and policies.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Model customer experience principles with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring sales and returns accurately and handle cash securely.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain floor cleanliness.
• Provide and receive feedback; adhere to labor policies.
• Support shrink-reduction initiatives and safety practices.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
