Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and maintains customer engagement.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintenance throughout the day.
• Supports safety and loss prevention programs and ensures a safe environment.
