Job summary

Michaels in Lakewood, WA is seeking a store team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Role involves omnichannel support (BOPIS/SFS), adherence to SOPs, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early mornings is typical.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Support store recovery, safety programs, and SOPs
• Interact with customers professionally and be a role model for the team
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
