Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member for our Exton, PA location to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-presented and in stock. Responsibilities include advising customers on products, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and promoting Michaels Rewards.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standard.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Support Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation to brand standards.
• Participate in safety programs and SOP adherence.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Engage with customers and represent Michaels values.
