Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Exton, PA is hiring Afternoon and Evening Team Members for a part-time position. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will also unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in store recovery and planogram maintenance. Responsibilities include engaging customers with rewards enrollment, supporting BOPIS/SHIP FROM STORE processes, and adhering to SOPs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist customers with locating products and solutions.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
