Job summary

Michaels in Enfield, CT is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will assist customers, participate in truck unloading, stocking, and ensure well-merchandised, in-stock floors.

Roles include engaging customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, supporting omnichannel processes, and upholding store SOPs while maintaining a positive, respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Move throughout the store and handle lifting as needed.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older per Michaels policy.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
