Job summary

Michaels in Aurora, CO is seeking a Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will engage customers with the Rewards program and private label card enrollments, while supporting omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Standing for long periods and light lifting are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omnichannel processes
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) tasks
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support SISO and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies
