Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (stocking, bending, lifting).
• Willingness to engage customers and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and omni-channel duties.
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and safety procedures.
