Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for the Donated Goods Retail department. This role supports store leadership in front-end operations to maximize sales, inventory, and customer service across the sales floor.

The position involves training sales associates, enforcing merchandising guidelines, and handling opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and asset protection. A high school diploma or GED with related experience is preferred; weekend/evening availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3 years related experience.
• POS and basic computer experience required.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership in front-end operations to maximize sales performance through proper rotation, displays, signage and inventory control.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, donors and staff at all times.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed on the sales floor.
