Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at the West Chester store to assist the front-end operations and donors. You will work with store leadership to maximize sales, improve customer experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and basic math skills, with a focus on integrity and excellent communication. This non-exempt, full-time position includes weekend/evening shifts and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• POS and basic computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales performance through proper rotation, displays and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, donors and staff.
• Assist in training and developing sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support staff and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing of the store as assigned by the manager.
• Participate in interviewing candidates for entry-level retail roles.
• Assist with asset protection compliance and reporting issues to leadership.
• Support organizational programs and events as required.
• Contribute to the organization by supporting additional tasks as needed.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure duties are performed safely.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the Store Manager.
