Job summary

Michaels in Holland, MI is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and support in-store processes including unloading trucks and maintaining stock levels.

Responsibilities include successful cash handling, following SOPs, and upholding the brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Adherence to SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock appearance and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
