Job summary

Five Below in Warrenton is hiring an hourly Crew Leader to deliver WOW customer service and lead front-end operations. You will train crew members, support opening/closing procedures, and help the store meet service goals while keeping the store clean and stocked.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule including weekends; physical tasks and lifting up to 25 lbs are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Responsible for leading their store to achieve customer service score goals managed by the District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; maintains front-end equipment and training.
