Job summary

Michaels Missoula, MT is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver strong sales and an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach teams, enforce SOPs, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and oversee in-store programs including Loyalty Rewards, Birthday party, and BOPIS/Delivery to ensure exemplary omni-channel service. Night/weekend hours apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Drive selling culture and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and POS usage.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Coordinate BOPIS and Same Day Delivery operations.
• Train and develop team members.
