Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct associates in the department to meet sales and service goals.
• Prepare to-do lists and manage daily tasks and priorities.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff the department, train, and coach associates for service excellence.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with supervision for positive outcomes.
• Maintain product knowledge and conduct staff product demos.
• Coordinate special events and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
