Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and mentor Associates.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on policies and register transactions.
• Maintain cash controls and handle change fund.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for coverage.
• Uphold merchandising and loss prevention standards.
