TJ Maxx in Orem, Utah is hiring a front-end supervisor to promote a superior customer experience, lead Associates, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will model outstanding service and advance loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates, assigning registers, coordinating breaks, resolving customer concerns, and supporting store goals with Management. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work with the management team.
