Five Below in Kennett, MO seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise crew, train staff on the BEST checkout experience, and ensure brand standards are met across front-end merchandising and stock areas.

The role demands at least two years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures crew members deliver WOW customer service through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures equipment is working and staff are trained on services where applicable.
• Handles opening/closing, keeps store clean and ready for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew members with Store Manager.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Maintains stock room and general store upkeep.
