Five Below in Merriam, Kansas seeks an energetic manager to oversee daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will train crew, manage opening and closing, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will partner with the store leadership team on merchandising, drive sales, control expenses, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Train crew on customer service standards and checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to ensure shelves are ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales while controlling expenses and optimizing merchandising.
