Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to maintain performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for efficient placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking charge of store operations, staff management, and customer service.
