Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Missouri to manage daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service at the cashier and sales floor. The role involves opening/closing duties, stock handling, and staff development.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including day/evening and weekend shifts. Five Below promotes a culture of energy and WOW customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Training crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Overseeing daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assisting with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock for quick placement.
• Acting as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Opening or closing the store; securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms.
• Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Driving store sales and controlling expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborating with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintaining store upkeep and stock room organization.
