Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and ensures prompt service.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and customer service.
