• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversees a team of associates and ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and store promotions.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and resolves issues.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicates priorities with management and staff.
• Provides feedback and recognition to team members.
• Supports management on training needs and development.
