Job summary

Five Below in Albertville, MN is seeking a capable store leader to coach crew, run front-end operations, and deliver WOW customer service. You will train team members on the Five Below Way and partner with the store manager to meet service score goals.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, merchandising, managing stock, and maintaining store cleanliness. Flexibility with day/evening shifts and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• College experience preferred; HS graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BETS customer service; fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Leads front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates as applicable.
• Owns opening/closing, cleanliness, stock recovery, readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, and coach crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and stock room upkeep.
