Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Minnesota to oversee crew performance, training, and daily operations. You will guide customer service excellence, manage stock intake, and support opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates ensuring performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelving.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, service, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store when needed, secure cash, and set alarms for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
