Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and restrooms; ensure neat presentation.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
