Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. with cross-training for cash handling. This part-time position offers opportunities to grow within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas and restrooms as needed.
• Ensure safe, positive interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
