Job summary

Michaels is recruiting for a team member at our store in Fenton, MI. You will assist customers, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash to standard.

You will also engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS/SFS. The role includes truck unload, stocking, planogram maintenance, and general store recovery to keep shelves in-stock and well-merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to stand long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers, locate products, and enroll in the Rewards program.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery and merchandise safety programs.
