Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Customer Service Associate to ensure fast, friendly checkouts and a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock and maintain displays, and support store operations while upholding Goodwill’s mission and safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling payments accurately, promoting promotions, and collaborating with team members to maintain store standards. Prior years experience and a High school diploma are preferred.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent decision-making skills and attention to detail.
