Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas seeks a friendly, efficient Associate to handle fast, accurate point-of-sale transactions and greet customers on the sales floor. Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers while meeting their needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and safe.
• Assist in training new customer service associates and cross-trained staff on the POS system.
• Follow policies, pricing, and promotions; handle refunds and discounts per procedure.
• Support safety initiatives and adhere to PPE and lifting guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment and promote Goodwill Central Texas mission.
