The role emphasizes engaging customers about the Rewards program, card enrollments, and VOC feedback, while supporting safety programs and adherence to SOPs. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and POS/cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop and locate products; provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standard.
• Promote rewards program and enrollment in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; support store recovery and safety programs.
