Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standard.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and conduct merchandise recovery.
• Operate Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
