Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may work in multiple store areas to support the business.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and processes transactions per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising presentation on the sales floor.
