The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at our Laconia, NH location. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandising, support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and uphold SOPs and safety programs. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings, with benefits including discounts and health

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Stand for long periods and move around the store.
Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.
Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
Follow store policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
