Job summary

The Michaels Stores North Conway location is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Daily tasks include checkout efficiency, cash handling, and engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

Team members support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), restock, and ensure store recovery to uphold our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and provide solutions.
• Ability to handle cash and operate checkout standards.
