Job summary

The Michaels store in Concord, NH is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and provide a fast checkout experience. Team members will work on merchandise recovery, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves while supporting omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

This position emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and a positive store image.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with stock, receiving, planograms and maintaining store recovery standards.
• Engage customers with information about rewards programs and private label options.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS when needed.
